The Dust Storm Disasters of Canada and Former Sovi

Abstract: From 1930s to 1960s, there were two dust storm disasters in Canada and former SovietUnion, where were similar with the latitude, climate, landscape and history. The reason of this two dust storm disasters was large-scale development without paying attention to science and environmental protection. But the two countries was different in dealing with the disasters, which gave us many experiences and lessons.
