Abstract: In 1948, with the rapid development of the revolutionary situation in China, the United States began an escalating trade control policy toward China. This was a serious impediment to the development of Sino-Japanese trade relations. After Japanese independence, the first sessions of Japanese government were not out of the stereotype of American policy. If the Japanese government tried to restore the Japan-China trade relations, it must implement an independent foreign policy.
