Dr Liu Debin, Professor History and International Studies，Associate Vice President of International Affairs and Dean of School of International and Public Affairs in Jilin University, Changchun, P. R. China. He serves as Vice President of China National Association for International Studies(CNAIS) since 2009 and Vice President of China National Association of Modern World History Studies since 2006. He also serves as Chief-Editor of The Collected Papers of History Studies《史学集刊》 since 1999 and China and World 《中国与世界》since 2011. He was Visiting Fellow at the Center of International Studies at University Cambridge in 1992-1993 and Fulbright Scholar at the Dept. of Government and Foreign Affairs in 1997-1998 at University of Virginia. His academic interests includes International History and International Relations, American Studies and Northeast Asian Studies.
