PhD of History, graduated from JLU in 1992, acquired his PhD in JLU in 1997. Prof Yang is currently in position of dean of History Department, research fellow of IIS, vice chair of Confucius academy of Jilin Province. He was invited by Ministry of Culture of Republic of Iran to attend the Conference of University Society and Islam Culture.
