Conflict and Coexist——the Two Strategic Situation

Abstract: In the post-cold war of Northeast Asia, there are two different strategies. One is development strategy, China, Japan and Russia belong to this type, the political performance is multi-polarization; The other is the balance of power strategy, which is under the hegemony of America. Its highest goal is to maintain American hegemony. These two kinds of strategies pursue different goals, and essentially they are competitive. But in a certain period, this two strategies appear coexistence. The two types of strategies will make the Northeast Asia become the multi-polarization area and make tremendous contribution to the worldwide multi-polarization.
